WHAT DELIVERANCE IS NOT!
Now that you know what deliverance is, I’m glad to inform
you that;
1. You don't need to offer sacrifices before you can be
delivered. The Bible says-
“It is impossible
that the blood of bulls and goats should take away sins,... sacrifices and
offerings you did not desire.... burnt offerings and sin offerings you took no
desire in” Hebrew 10:4-6. (TNAB)
If anybody is asking
you to buy a white cock, red candle, goat, or buy things for SPIRITUAL WORK and they gave you a list, they are deceiving
you! The Bible says ; Jesus Christ gave his body as our sin and deliverance
offering, and that's why He was called THE LAMB OF GOD.
2. You don't need to
sleep at the cemetery or bath with anything to be delivered. All those
initiation exercises will further compound your trouble and lead you into more
problems.
It is painful to see most agents of darkness parading as
ministers of God only to deceive people and prey on their fears. A lot of young
girls I have spoken with have been deceived to part with money, or their bodies
to these fake ministers, all because they are ignorantly looking for help. Same
thing goes for the male counterparts.
This book will guide you on how to spot the difference and
abstain from them in Jesus Name!
2 GREAT ERRORS!
I want to clarify two important points here. The first one
is an assembly or congregational problem, while the other is a personal error
or oversight.
If you are in a
Church where they don’t believe in deliverance, then read and consider point 1
carefully. If you are in a Church where they believe in it, and you have not
been delivered, read point 2 very well.
1. MINISTERS DENYING THE POWER:
I know it is not every minister that
understands, or is given the ministry of deliverance, but the way some ministers
approaches the subject is total denial of the power of deliverance.
In the Old Testament,
whenever someone was possessed by a demon, familiar spirits, witchcraft spirits
etc, they were immediately stoned to death, because there was no casting out of
demons back then. Study your Bible carefully, you will see that no demon was
cast out in the Old Testament, and that’s why God commanded we should not allow
a witch or sorcerer to live.
“Thou shalt not
suffer a witch to live” Exodus 22:18
But all of that changed when Jesus Christ came into the
world, and started casting demons out, instead of condemning or killing
anybody. This makes Our Lord Jesus
Christ the author and pioneer of deliverance. JESUS CHRIST IS THE ONE THAT STARTED
THE DELIVERANCE MINISTRY.
Some ministers and so called Christian gatherings, who do
not understand and believe in deliverance, will tell you that there is no such
thing, while they forge ahead in perpetual ignorance, and that’s why their
lives is characterized by diverse fruits of the devil’s wickedness!
2. NOMINAL CHRISTIANITY:
Before a man can be declared
a Christian, there’s a power that must separate and deliver him from the powers
of darkness (see Colossians 1:13 for reference). It is called the POWER OF DELIVERANCE and that was what Jesus
Christ explained to us in Luke 4:18. If
you say you are a Christian, and that power was not ministered to you, I advise
that you should undergo deliverance quickly! It’s has been proven
Biblically that there is the POWER OF DELIVERANCE, which God has made available
to us, but some Christian are still ignorant of it! So they declare themselves
Born-Again, by themselves, even joins a department, and carry on with a
burden or oppression for years and decades. I have seen people who say (mark the underlined
word) they are Christians for 20 years, but still suffers demonic possession,
that shouldn’t be! My prayer is for God to lead you to your place of
deliverance in Jesus Name!
